Grease Interceptors with Semi-Automatic Draw-Off

This interceptor is ideal for kitchens, restaurants, institutions, and all types of food processing areas where waste water contains Fats, OIls, and Greases (F.O.G.s). F.O.Gs will solidify and build up in pipes and lead to blockages, backups, pipe bursts, and overflows. Its unique semi-automatic draw-off design permits removal of accumulated grease without cover removal. Accumulated grease in liquid form is discharged through the semi-automatic draw-off piping for convenient disposal. This design eliminates the messy cleaning job which must be done in ordinary types of interceptors.
