Flow Control Device

The Z1108 Flow Control is designed to be installed in line between fixture and grease interceptor. Its function is to regulate the flow so that it will not exceed the flow rate capacity of the grease interceptor, thus insuring foolproof operation and maximum efficiency. An air intake (or vent) must be used to insure proper operation of the interceptor
