Flush-with-Wall Type Access Door with Frame

These 16 gauge galvannealed steel access doors are installed over cleanout plugs, valves, controls or equipment concealed in walls and ceilings. Door hinges are of the concealed pivoting rod hinge type to prevent distortion. Designed for flush-with-the-wall installation in plaster or wet wall construction, 1/4” (6) diam. anchor holes facilitate securing to studs prior to application of finishing materials. They are available in square and rectangular configurations from 8” (152) sq. to 36” (1,219) sq. and are delivered primed and ready-to-paint. The larger sizes permit entrance to utility and attic spaces.
