Our In-Line Manual Shut-Off Gate Valve is built to protect against sewage backflow surges. Designed for a long maintenance-free service life, the durable Duco coated cast iron shell houses a corrosion resistant spade type bronze gate and backwater flapper assembly. Complete closure of the gate requires that the operator turn the removable 8” (200) or 10” (250) diameter cast iron wheel handle when emergency backflow conditions arise.
