This steel solids interceptor with a gasketed quick latching cover provides a means of collecting various food waste solids preventing entry into the grease interceptor. It can be installed on the floor or semi-recessed. This unit is manufactured with an all steel fabricated interceptor body with stainless steel perforated bucket and gasketed quick latching cover.
